Shipping costs
Free shipping in the Netherlands on orders from € 175,-.
Free shipping in Belgium on orders from € 250,-.
Netherlands
The default shipping costs for parcels in the Netherlands are € 7,55.
These are the costs for registered shipping via PostNL. Parcels may weigh up to 30 kg and measure up to 100 x 50 x 50 cm.
Note: For parcels larger than 100 x 50 x 50 cm (up to 175 x 78 x 78 cm), there is a surcharge of € 3,85.The standard shipping costs for letterbox parcels are € 4,99.
Belgium
The standard shipping costs for packages to Belgium are € 11,60.
These are the costs for shipping via PostNL.
Parcels may weigh up to 30 kg and measure up to 100 x 50 x 50 cm.

Shipments abroad are insured up to € 500,-. A signature for receipt by the addressee is required. Please contact us for a shipping quote if you live outside the Netherlands or Belgium.
Shipping service
Your order will be delivered by PostNL on weekdays between 09:00 and 21:30 and on Saturdays during the day. If the first delivery attempt fails, the package will be offered a 2nd time the next day. Should this second attempt also fail, your package will be delivered to the nearest post office where you can collect it up to within 3 weeks after delivery. You can pick up your order at any time you choose. If after 3 weeks the order is not collected, it will automatically be returned to us.
Upon receiving payment we will ship your order and send you an email with a track & trace number which allows you to follow the progress of your shipment. This only applies to parcels; there is no track & trace option for mailbox shipping. The risk for this shipping method lies with the consumer. HG Dipping cannot be held responsible for the loss or delay in delivery of mailbox shipping.
Delivery Adress
If you will not able to be home to receive your shipment from PostNL, your order can be delivered at another address free of charge. When you place your order, simply choose an alternative delivery address.
Delivery Times
Your order will usually be delivered within 2 to 4 business days. This applies to shipments within the Netherlands. Shipments to Belgium take 3 to 5 days. You can track the status of your package via ‘Track & Trace’.
HG Dipping has almost everything in stock. It sometimes happens that we do not have something in stock or not enough.
* In case one or more products are not in stock, your order will be placed in backorder. We will contact you and discuss the possibilities.
* If you have ordered multiple products, they will be shipped collectively.
* If a product is in backorder, but you want us to ship the products that are in stock, there will be extra shipping costs. In that case, please get in touch using our contact form
* External influences such as bad weather, heavy traffic and emergencies can confuse the shipping schedule. Therefore we can give no delivery guarantees.
